How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Overview

You have two ways to reach Prop Firm Stash support:

  • Live chat (Intercom). Click the small circle in the bottom right of any page on propfirmstash.com.

  • Email. Send a message to [email protected].

Look for the small circle in the bottom right corner of every page. Click it to open the Intercom messenger and start a conversation with the team.

Email

If you prefer email, write to [email protected].

What to include

To help us resolve your issue faster, include the following whenever it applies:

  • Your Prop Firm Stash account email.

  • A clear description of the issue, including the steps that triggered it.

  • Screenshots of the screen, the error message, or both.

  • For cashback issues: the prop firm name, your Payment/Order ID, and the submission date.
