How do I submit a purchase to claim cashback?

Overview

After you complete a prop firm purchase using a Prop Firm Stash link and the coupon code STASH, you submit your proof on step 3 of Upload Purchase to claim your cashback. This guide walks through every field on the form, what to enter, and where to find the information on your purchase confirmation.

Before you start

You will need:

  • The purchase confirmation email or receipt from the prop firm. This is where most of the field values live.

  • A Prop Firm Stash account, signed in.

Open Upload Purchase and reach step 3

In your Profile (also called your User Dashboard), click the Upload Purchase button in the Rewards History section. Choose your prop firm in step 1, confirm you used the link and code STASH in step 2, then continue to step 3.

The form fields

Step 3 has 6 fields plus a receipt upload. Every field is required. The Claim Rewards button stays disabled until they are all filled.

Purchase Email [H3]

The email address you used at the prop firm's checkout. This is usually the email that received your purchase confirmation from the firm.

  • This does not need to match the email on your Prop Firm Stash account.

  • If you used Google sign in at the firm, use the Google email address.

  • Double check the spelling. If support needs to reach the firm to verify your purchase, this is the address they will reference.

Payment/Order ID

The unique identifier the prop firm assigned to your purchase. You can find this on:

  • Your purchase confirmation email from the firm.

  • The thank you or receipt page shown right after checkout.

  • Your account on the prop firm's site, often under My Orders or Order History.

Different firms label this field differently (Order Number, Transaction ID, Payment Reference, Invoice Number). Use whichever ID the firm shows on your receipt and paste it exactly, including any letters, dashes, or hyphens.

Purchase Date/Time

The date and time of your purchase. Use the date and time picker and match exactly what your receipt or confirmation email shows.

If the firm only shows a date and not a specific time, choose the same date and pick a time close to when you completed checkout. The verification team uses this primarily to match against the firm's records, so close is fine.

Account Size

The challenge size you purchased. Pick the size from the dropdown. Match what the firm sold you, commonly listed in the prop firm's product name (for example, "50K Account" means a 50,000 account size).

If the size you bought is not in the dropdown, do not pick the closest one. Stop and contact support so we can verify and add it.

Purchase Amount

The amount you actually paid for the challenge after the coupon code STASH was applied. Enter just the number, no currency symbol. Match the total on your receipt.

This is the post-discount price, not the firm's listed price.

Upload Receipt

A clear copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation. Accepted formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG.

Make sure the following are clearly visible on the receipt:

  • The prop firm's name.

  • The Payment/Order ID.

  • The Purchase Amount.

  • The Purchase Date.

If you do not have a separate receipt, a screenshot of the purchase confirmation email is fine, as long as the items above are readable.

Submit your purchase

When every field is filled and your receipt is uploaded, click Claim Rewards.

What happens after you submit

You will see a "Rewards Submitted" confirmation screen. The transaction appears in your Rewards History with a Pending status, and your Stash Points sit in your Pending balance until our team verifies the purchase. Once approved, the points move to your Available balance and the status changes to Approved.

Want faster processing?

In addition to your form submission, forward the purchase confirmation email from the prop firm to [email protected]. This gives our team an extra reference to match against your submission, and can speed up approval.

Common issues

  • Claim Rewards is grayed out. Every field is required, including the receipt upload. Make sure nothing is left blank.

  • My receipt will not upload. Check the file type. Accepted formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG.

  • I only have a confirmation email, no PDF receipt. A screenshot of the email works as long as the firm name, order ID, amount, and date are visible.

  • My order ID contains letters, dashes, or spaces. Enter it exactly as the prop firm provides it. Do not strip characters or convert it.

  • The account size I purchased is not in the dropdown. Do not pick the closest size. Contact support.

  • I entered the wrong amount or wrong order ID. Submit the form again with the correct values, or reach out to support so they can update the pending submission.
