How do I earn cashback on prop firm purchases?

Overview

You earn cashback on every eligible prop firm purchase by using the Upload Purchase flow in your User Dashboard. This is your single starting point: it shows you the cashback rate, gives you the official Prop Firm Stash link, and tells you the coupon code to apply at checkout. After you complete your purchase, you finish the steps by submitting your proof. Cashback is paid as Stash Points, which never expire and can be redeemed for free prop accounts, trading tools, and exclusive perks.

Before you start

You will need:

A free Prop Firm Stash account.
An idea of which prop firm you want to buy from. You can browse the Eligible Prop Firms page to compare options before starting.

Step by step

1. Open Upload Purchase

Sign in at propfirmstash.com and open your Profile (also called your User Dashboard). In the Rewards History section, click the Upload Purchase button.

A 3 step flow opens.

2. Select your prop firm

In step 1, choose the prop firm from the Select Prop Firm dropdown. You will see a preview of your Prop Firm Stash member benefits below. Click Continue.

3. Get your tracked link and the coupon code

Step 2 shows you everything you need to qualify for cashback:

The exact cashback rate for that firm, paid in Stash Points (for example, "8% cash back in Stash Points").
The official Prop Firm Stash link to the firm's site. This is what makes the purchase trackable.
The coupon code to apply at checkout. For most firms, this is STASH. If a specific firm uses a different code, the correct one will be shown on this screen.

Click the link in step 2 to open the firm's site in a new tab. Complete your purchase, and apply the coupon code shown in the discount field at checkout.

The Eligible Prop Firms page is for browsing and comparing. To actually earn cashback, always start from Upload Purchase so you have the right tracked link.

4. Confirm you used the link and code

Return to Upload Purchase. Tick the "I used the link and code STASH" checkbox and click Next Step.

5. Submit your purchase details

Step 3 is the upload form. Fill out your Purchase Email, Payment/Order ID, Purchase Date and Time, Timezone, Account Size, Purchase Amount, and upload your receipt. Then click Claim Rewards.

What happens after you submit

You will see a "Rewards Submitted" confirmation. The transaction appears in your Rewards History with a Pending status, and the Stash Points sit in your Pending balance until our team verifies the purchase. Once approved, the points move to your Available balance and the status changes to Approved.

Want faster processing?

In addition to your form submission, forward the purchase confirmation email from the prop firm to [email protected]. This gives our team an extra reference to match against your submission.

Common questions

I already bought from the firm before opening Upload Purchase. Submit anyway. Retroactive submissions are accepted, but if you did not use the Prop Firm Stash link, your purchase may not be trackable. Approval depends on what the prop firm reports. Contact support if you need help.
The firm I want is not in the Select Prop Firm dropdown. That firm may not be supported yet. See What prop firms does Prop Firm Stash support? for the current list and how to request a new firm.
I see a different coupon code than STASH. Use whichever code is shown on step 2. That is the correct code for that firm.
I clicked the link but did not buy yet. No problem. You can close Upload Purchase and come back later. When you reopen it, select the same firm to see the link and code again.
