What happens to my cashback if I refund my purchase?

If you refund a prop firm purchase, you lose the cashback tied to that order. What happens depends on whether your cashback was already approved.

If the cashback is still Pending when you refund, the submission is denied. No Stash Points move into your Available balance.

If the cashback has already been Approved and the Stash Points are in your Available balance, we deduct the matching amount from your Available balance to offset the refund. This applies whether or not you have already redeemed the points.
